Kiosk Self-Service Check-in Workflow

Target Role: Volunteers, Guests & Kiosk Attendants

This workflow is designed for walk-up self-service check-in terminals.

Self Check-in Sequence

1. Approach Terminal: The idle screen displays the partner organization logo and welcome message.
2. Enter Phone Number: Tap the numbers on the Numpad to enter your 10-digit mobile number.
3. Submit: Tap Check In.
4. Confirmation: A celebration overlay confirms clock-in timestamp and volunteer role.
5. Auto Reset: The screen automatically resets after 5 seconds for the next user.
